Can I offer live and recorded training together?+
Yes. Live classes and recorded content can sit in the same program. After enrollment, students reach the live and recorded materials assigned to them.
Which payment rails can I use?+
Iyzico and PayTR are available for payments in Türkiye. International options depend on your plan and use case.
Does ILC take a commission on sales?+
No. ILC does not take a mandatory revenue commission on course sales. You pay for the platform according to the plan and scope you choose.
Where is data stored?+
Training-business data is hosted on servers in Türkiye. Processing and privacy follow the relevant rules and platform policies.
Does the free trial require a credit card?+
No. You can start the free trial without a card. For broader enterprise needs you can also request a demo.
Can I move to ILC from another platform?+
Moving content and student data can be planned around your needs. Get in touch so we can review the options that fit.
How are live classes managed?+
You can schedule live classes on the program timetable, let students follow the schedule, and manage the session from the platform. Supported live-class tools include Zoom and BigBlueButton.
Can I follow student payments and history?+
You can manage sales and collections on the platform and follow payment history. Transaction detail also lives with the payment provider you use.
Can I create exams and assignments?+
Yes. You can add exams and assignments to programs and manage student work as part of the course.
Can I issue certificates?+
Yes. You can create certificates for students who complete a program and manage the process on the platform. Certificates can be configured to your institution and brand.
Can I sell training under my own brand?+
Yes. On suitable plans you can use your domain and brand so students learn in your academy. Broader enterprise branding needs can be reviewed separately.
Is ILC aligned with KVKK?+
KVKK alignment is not only a technical feature; it depends on how an organization processes data, its duties, and the services it uses. ILC provides documentation and notices for processing and KVKK processes. Your own legal obligations still need a separate legal review.
Do I need technical skills to use ILC?+
No. ILC is designed so training businesses can run daily operations. Creating courses, managing students, live class, exams, certificates, and collections happen on the platform. If your technical needs are broader, we can review them together.
Can I manage more than one branch or unit?+
Plans are structured for different scales. If you have several branches, institutions, or units, we can review the needs and choose a suitable plan together.
