Distance sales agreement

1. Parties
Seller: Genixo Bilşim ve Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Seller”), Bilkent Cyberpark Block H No:8, Ankara, Türkiye. Email: hello@genixo.ai. Phone: +90 312 265 04 56. Tax office: Çankaya Vergi Dairesi. Tax no: 0000000000. MERSİS: 0000000000000000. Trade registry: Ankara Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü. Brand/product: ILC (ilccenter.com). Buyer: the natural or legal person registering with the identity and contact details declared on the order / membership form (“Buyer”).
2. Subject
The subject is the remote sale of the ILC digital membership / SaaS plan chosen by the Buyer (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). The service is software access and digital content / platform use; there is no physical goods delivery.
3. Scope, term, and delivery
Plan scope, features, and term (monthly or yearly) appear on the pricing page and order summary. Delivery occurs when digital access is enabled on the Buyer’s account after payment confirmation. Access details are sent to the registered email. For Enterprise, scope and SLA are set in a mutual written quote.
4. Price and payment
Prices are listed in Turkish Lira, VAT included (except Enterprise; custom quote). Yearly billing applies a 20% discount. Payment is collected via Iyzico or other licensed providers. Invoices follow the Buyer’s declared details.
5. Right of withdrawal and digital-service exception
Under Law 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital content / services that begin immediately electronically with the Buyer’s consent and for which withdrawal ends. The Buyer acknowledges being informed of this exception before payment and consenting to performance starting. See Cancellation & Refund terms.
6. Cancellation, defective performance, and disputes
Cancellation and refund rules are on the Cancellation & Refund page. Legal rights for defective performance are reserved. Complaints go to hello@genixo.ai. Turkish law applies; Ankara courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction (mandatory consumer arbitration / consumer court routes reserved).
