Cancellation and refund terms

Subscription cancellation
On monthly plans the Buyer may cancel through period end; access continues until then and the next period does not renew. Yearly cancellation follows the written contract/quote. There is no hidden lock-in; renewal terms appear on the order/contract.
Withdrawal exception (digital service)
Under exceptions in the Distance Contracts Regulation, withdrawal may not apply to digital content or services that begin immediately electronically with the Buyer’s consent. ILC membership is such a digital service. The Buyer acknowledges being informed before payment and giving express consent to performance starting.
Refunds (eligible cases)
Legal mandates, Seller non-performance, or expressly written refund clauses remain. Unused-month refunds on yearly plans follow the written quote/contract. Send refund requests in writing to hello@genixo.ai; approved refunds are processed to the payment method within a reasonable time.
Defective performance
For defective performance, elective rights under Law 6502 and related rules are reserved. Support and incident reports are taken through recorded channels.
